This month, Safer Together released its Q1 2022 ‘HSER Connect’ Bulletin, the 2nd of a quarterly publication first launched late last year. When the need for HSER-related communications was identified, we jumped at the chance to collate stories specific to the HSER experience.
Update: Australian Resources and Energy Industry - Mental Health Research Program

The findings from a National Industry Survey (NIS) carried out as part of a landmark mental health research project conducted by the Australian resources and energy industry, in which a number of Safer Together member companies took part, are now available. Safer Together member companies also now have an opportunity to participate in the next phase of the research.

Safer Togethers’ first official Event for 2022 was a virtual Lunch & Learn held by our Qld Land Transport Working Group on the Common Industry In-Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS) Roadmap. Qld Member Companies were well-represented with 43 attendees from 36 Companies in attendance.

The final Safer Together Event for 2021 was the Assist and Assure ‘Train-the-Trainer’ Workshop held in Brisbane on 15 Dec 2021. Attended by 26 individuals from 15 different companies, the purpose of this face-to-face half day session was to provide implementation support to companies that have started to deploy, or are interested in deploying the Assist and Assure program.
