Membership allows you and your company to attend our events and download our resources (by registering with our website). It provides the opportunity to drive our industry’s safety agenda through involvement in the Safety Leaders Group and Working Groups. Member companies are also entitled to use the Safer Together member logo.
Eligibility Criteria
- Safer Together serves the Australian Energy Production Industry. As such, membership is open to integrated energy companies with oil and gas exploration and production activities, oil and gas exploration and production companies, and their service provider companies.
- Companies with workers exposed to physical and/or psychological harm at the frontline of our Industry are eligible for membership.
- Members subscribe to our Guiding Principles and share our Commitment: “Together we will prevent harm to our frontline workers by simplifying, standardising and sharing”.
- Members are expected to freely share their Intellectual Property relating to safety.
- Associate Membership may be granted to the following:
- Companies and organisations in the Energy Production Industry outside Australia
- Companies and organisations in the Australian Energy Production Industry without oil and gas exploration and production activities
- Companies and organisations outside of the Energy Production Industry
Notes:
- Companies and organisations intending to join Safer Together for reasons that are primarily related to business development, will not typically be eligible for membership.
- Companies and organisations that do not have frontline workers will not typically be eligible for membership.
