Our Rig Site Safety Working Group has recently undertaken a refresh of the Line of Fire mini portal, to update the content, raise awareness about Line of Fire risks focusing on People, Energy and Equipment, and develop a video campaign around the Play/Pause concept – it’s OK to pause, be in the moment, re-set our awareness to avoid being in the line of fire.

A Rig Site Safety Working Group (RSSWG) Deep Dive project identified that most incident actions were administrative, and very few engineering controls were stipulated. The idea of a portal in which the Drilling and Completions (D&C) community could store and share engineering concepts to improve overall safety performance in the sector via our Engineering Solutions portal was born.
