2025 – It’s a Wrap! Articles • December 2025 Safer Together is committed to preventing harm to frontline workers in our Industry by simplifying, standardising and sharing. Fatalities and permanent impairments represent the worst possible outcome for frontline workers. While there have been a number of significant events this year, there have been no fatalities or permanent impairment injuries in the Australian Energy Production Industry in 2025. This is a result worth acknowledging.

This Safety Performance Data campaign is designed to help our members understand current safety-related trends and provides a toolbox to discuss safety performance with their frontline workers.

Frontline Leadership Training Available Now for 2026! HSER Connect • December 2025 The first leadership role for any worker after being part of a work crew is the biggest step in any leadership journey, and one that will have a real impact on safety. To help set the emerging leader on course for success, the Safer Together Frontline Leadership Training (FLT) program has been created to provide the new leader with the skills and knowledge required to transition effectively into their new role.

Rig Site Safety - Handle with Care Articles • December 2025 Focussing on manual handling incidents via the theme ‘Handle with Care’ our Rig Site Safety Working Group held their final event for 2025 in Brisbane in November, sponsored by COHO Resources and Santos.
