HSER Connect • December 2025 The first leadership role for any worker after being part of a work crew is the biggest step in any leadership journey, and one that will have a real impact on safety. To help set the emerging leader on course for success, the Safer Together Frontline Leadership Training (FLT) program has been created to provide the new leader with the skills and knowledge required to transition effectively into their new role.
