Fatigue Risk Management Resources HSER Connect • The once prescriptive nature of fatigue risk management in the Australian Energy Production Industry (e.g., hours of work vs rest) is generally no longer accepted as sufficient to address fatigue-related risk in the workplace. A Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS) is now recommended to facilitate the systematic identification of workplace hazards relating to fatigue and define and guide organisations to evaluate, manage and mitigate fatigue-related risks.
Process Safety and Drilling and Completions Industry - Under Pressure Articles • Pressure comes in many forms, mental pressure, perceived pressures, physical pressure and process pressure in process safety-related incidents. In November, our Rig Site Safety Working Group and Process Safety Working Group collaborated on a combined DCIIRP/Process Safety Forum event in Toowoomba, themed UNDER PRESSURE, where we considered different forms of pressure as a factor in incidents across our industry.
