IT'S TIME TO PLAN YOUR STAND TOGETHER FOR SAFETY ROLL-OUT!  October is National Safe Work Month – a time when we stand together to deepen our commitment to building a safe and healthy workplace for everyone in our industry.

This year, themed Psychological Safety – Every Job, Every Day, we focus on the psychosocial hazards and risks that can lead to psychological harm.

During this month we engage frontline workers on how they can contribute to preventing harm by getting involved and taking the time to Stand Together for Safety.

This pack will help engage frontline workers about how they can contribute to preventing harm and increase understanding by getting involved in:

  1. Actively sharing their HSE knowledge, stories, and ideas,
  2. Contributing to organisational learning by openly participating in HSE activities,
  3. Recognising others for working in a psychologically safe and responsible way, and
  4. Taking ownership of HSE issues and sharing learnings.

The tools in this package are designed to help the frontline workforce be more aware about psychological safety, and to recognise the psychosocial hazards and risks that can lead to psychological harm.
