Safer Together held a Queensland Industry Safety Forum on the 8th of December 2020. The forum was held as a webinar event broadcast from the offices of Arrow Energy in Brisbane.
It was an opportunity to reflect on 2020, reconnect with our member companies, reinforce the need to stay strong and collaborate, and reinvigorate by focusing on a new strategic safety plan for 2021-2023.
Hosted by John Smith, CEO of MPC Kinetic and Cecile Wake, CEO of Arrow Energy, the one hour session highlighted that in a challenging year for everyone, members of Safer Together have rolled up their sleeves and continued to collaborate on initiatives that help make our industry safer.
John and Cecile were joined by Nick McKenna, CEO APLNG and Ewan Meldrum, CEO Qteq for a panel session followed by the "best and fairest" awards for outstanding Working Group members in 2020.
