The Health Working Group from the QLD chapter of Safer Together recently held a regional consultation workshop on their Medical Assessment Guideline.
This was the third consultation workshop to facilitate feedback on the guideline. It was an opportunity for field based personnel and medical practitioners to attend face to face in Toowoomba or remotely via a webinar link in our first hybrid style workshop for Safer Together.
Participants were given a brief project background and then a deep dive into the various facets of the draft medical assessment guideline before engaging in a consultation session with a panel of representatives from the Health Working Group.
This workshop concluded the extensive consultation process. The team will now collate feedback and finalise the guideline for release in 2021.
