Learning Event Bulletins (LEBs)

Option 1 - Use the above templates to develop a Learning Event Bulletin (LEB), using the LEB How to Guides to explain the process:

• Occupational Safety High Value Learning Event:  Use the LEB How to Guide and LEB Template to create an occupational safety high value Learning Event Bulletin.
• Process Safety High Value Learning Event:  Use the LEB Process Safety How to Guide and LEB Process Safety Template to create a process safety high value Learning Event Bulletin. 

Option 2

If the incident report that has already been produced within your company includes the information required to fully populate all the required entry fields of a LEB, there is no need to transfer it into the Safer Together LEB Template if you’re simply happy to provide your company-produced version.

Safer Together will use this to produce an annonymised LEB that does not identify names, locations, or the parties involved.
