We held the first of four quarterly Member Engagement sessions for 2026 in Darwin this month. Hosted by GR Production Services, senior field leaders and key frontline leaders from 7 member companies in the Northern Territory participated in the event, together with representatives from Energy Club NT and the NT Government.

The session provided an opportunity for member companies in the local region to mingle with their peers, find out more about some of the Safer Together high priority programs and products, and to listen and learn from each other’s experiences.
Josh Harrison (General Manager Operations & Maintenance – West, GR Production Services) welcomed everyone and opened the session by sharing a video clip of a brief recap of Safer Together activities and achievements in 2025.
Glenn Ross (Learning & Development Lead, INPEX) then provided an introductory briefing on the Common Industry Competencies (CIC) Specification, which included highlighting recent refinements and an outline of what’s coming next.
Josh wrapped up by leading a discussion with the group about one of the many Learning Event Bulletins that are freely available in the Safer Together Learning Event Bulletin Library.
Special thanks to Josh, Jas and the team at GR Production Services for hosting the event, to everyone who contributed to the event’s success, and to all those representatives that attended from the following member companies:
- Applus
- GPA Engineering
- INPEX
- Larrakia Development Corporation
- Monadelphous

Thanks also to our guest attendees from Energy Club NT and the NT Government.
