We held our final Member Engagement Evening for 2025 in Darwin this month, hosted by our member company Care Flight, with 13 member companies represented.

Tariq Sappideen (Strategic Partnerships Manager, CareFlight), welcomed everyone and set expectations for the afternoon, before splitting delegates into groups for some mini-training exercises for delegates – a helicopter crash simulation and an in-language program briefing. 

After each group had completed each activity, James Lynch (Director, JPS Management and Execution & WA/NT Safety Leaders Group member) provided an introductory briefing on Frontline Leadership Training and an introduction to Learning Event Bulletins.

Josh Harrison (General Manager Operations & Maintenance – West, GR Production Services) then wrapped up the evening.
