Assist and Assure focuses on creating a safe environment for open, engaging safety conversations to Assist employees and contractors to work more safely, and it Assures us that the conversations are consistent and effective leading to improvement in safety outcomes.  It remains a high-priority program for its ability to provide participants with the skills to identify and mitigate risk in work preparation and execution, designed to avoid harm to those on the frontline.
