IOGP Process Safety Fundamentals

The IOGP Process Safety Fundamentals (PSFs) have been developed to assist companies reduce, and ultimately eliminate, fatal and high severity process safety events. The PSFs are informed by data and designed to draw attention to situations that are most likely to lead to process safety event fatalities.
Safer Together will apply the PSFs as a tool to maintain focus on our critical controls needed at the front line. They are referenced in our Industry Safety Induction (ISI) and Learning Event Bulletins.
