The Working Group has developed a Short Service Employee (SSE) Management Tool. This tool helps employers to keep an overview of the composition and skillset of the work crew to ensure that risks associated with SSE are identified and managed. The tool is simple, easy to interpret, visual, and uses a scoring system. It also provides guidance on SSE management.
The Working Group has published:
- Launch Pack to help member companies communicate the SSE Management Tool to their workforce.
- SSE Matrix: editable (.xls) version of the SSE Matrix and a completed example for use as guidance.
- SSE Form: editable (.pdf) version of the SSE Form and a completed example for use as guidance.
