Transportation Protocol

Cougar Helicopters in St-John's Newfoundland has put a monumental effort into ensuring (to the extent possible) business continuity in providing the vital service of safely transporting offshore workers to their workplaces.  Cougar has taken the proactive measure of developing a protocol for transporting offshore workers who may have contracted the virus to onshore medical facilities.  Cougar has very generously agreed to share the protocol with the International Regulatory Forum (and others) for the greater good.
