Shared Learning at the Process Safety Incident Review Workshop

On Thursday 15^th April, the Safer Together WA/NT Process Safety Working Group (PSWG) hosted a virtual Process Safety Incident Review (PSIR) webinar attended by over 100 Safer Together colleagues from both WA/NT and Queensland. The purpose of the PSIR is to share lessons learned and best practice related to process safety.

The session was hosted by Ralph Ellis (President – Operations Services Asia Pacific, Wood) and Sander Stegenga (Vice President - Non-Operated Assets, Shell Australia) the PSWG Co-Champions.

The participants heard about recent process safety incidents and process safety innovations, with presentations from Woodside Energy, APA Group, Shell Australia and Beach Energy. Each of the presentations was followed by a Q&A session.
