On 01 June 2017 the Process Safety Working Group will run a half-day Incident Review Workshop in Brisbane. Hosted by Arrow Energy on behalf of Safer Together, the Workshop is specifically for member companies and is free-of-charge.

Representatives from member companies will gather together to hear presentations from Operating Companies and Contract Partner Companies about recent process safety-related incidents, to examine and discuss these incidents in greater depth and to share lessons learnt within our industry community.

Step 1 – by 31 March 2017, we request that the senior leader of each member company identify the appropriate people in their organisation who should attend, and send their names and contact details to [email protected]

Step 2 – in mid April 2017, the people nominated by each member company will receive an email invitation to the Workshop.
